Model Development Program

Step Into Your Spotlight

Our comprehensive 8-month Model Development Program is crafted to prepare you for success in the modeling world and to build confidence that lasts a lifetime. With expert-led instruction and hands-on training, you’ll master the essentials of professional modeling in a supportive, in-person environment.

Duration: 32 Weeks

Format: Weekly 1.5-hour in-person classes

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Enrollment: Limited to 15 students per season for personalized coaching

Phase 1: Model Foundations

Lay the groundwork for a successful modeling career with essential training in both performance and professionalism. (Months 1-4)

  • Runway Technique, Walks & Evaluations

  • Posing, Movement & Expressive Emoting

  • Model Etiquette & Confidence Coaching

  • Self-Image, Mindset & Communication Skills

  • Intro to Industry Standards & Expectations

  • Quiz Assessments + Individualized Feedback

Phase 2: Brand Development & Portfolio

Take your skills to the next level as you build your portfolio, refine your brand, and navigate the business side of modeling. (Months 5-8)

  • Personal Brand Strategy & Image Development

  • Monthly Editorial & Commercial Photoshoots

  • Advanced Runway + High-Level Posing

  • Modeling Industry Deep Dive: Agencies, Castings, Contracts

  • Networking with Guest Mentors & Industry Pros

  • Final Production Challenge
